Returns & Refunds (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.


Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and uninstalled, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


How to start a return

Email us at info@goatbyzk.com with your order number and the reason for return. Returns must be approved before sending anything back.


Return shipping

 

  • For standard returns (change of mind, ordered the wrong scent, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund the item.

 


Damages / wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for used items (mounted/installed) or items with signs of use. Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
