Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping, it will automatically apply at checkout.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@goatbyzk.com and we will help you work with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions are handled case-by-case.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.
